The Valgrì rustic tomato puree is created with only 100% Italian tomatoes harvested at the correct stage of ripeness.
Once scorched and the skin is removed these are chopped thoroughly and left to drip to eliminate part of the serum and seeds.
The result is a decisively genuine, substantial and fresh puree, which matches exceptionally well with pasta.
How to use: the rustic puree is made for simplicity. This is why this puree is perfect with dishes with few ingredients, where the tomato becomes the true and flavoursome protagonist. The Valgrì puree is ideal as a pasta sauce with different types of Pasta.
How to store: Once open store in the refrigerator for max 2-3 days.
