INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Valgrì peas boiled
- half a clove of garlic
- two basil leaves
- a pinch of salt
- a drizzle of oil
- three lemon wedges
METHOD
Pea Hummus is a variation on the classic Hummus with chickpeas, ideal for a different aperitivo to usual, easy and quick to prepare.
Blend the pre-boiled Valgrì Peas together with half a clove of garlic, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil until obtaining a cream.
Serve decorating with basil leaves and the lemon wedges.
